Our School Directory - Fresh Schools!

Do you have a NEW student entering Chestnutwold this year? If so, we invite you to become part of the PTO's student directory called Fresh Schools, which is great for seeing who else is in your child's class, getting contact info of parents for playdates, making out your birthday invites and more!

You'll go into a pending status, once you complete the link above. We'll approve you and you'll get an email invite to the directory with in a couple of days.

Quizzo (an Adult Social): Saturday, Nov. 10, 7-10 pm at Brookline Fire House

Don’t miss out on this fun evening! This is a great opportunity to get to know the parents of your kids’ friends, make friends of your own, laugh a lot, and raise money for our school. The cost is $20/per person (bring your own food and drink). You can pay by check made out to Chestnutwold PTO or with Venmo (@ChestnutwoldPTO). Sign up as an individual or as a couple and we will assign you to a team- OR- sign up a whole table (you must pay for whole table (8-10 people).  Fill out the attached form and send in to school in an envelope marked PTO c/o Christine Schindler. How to get classroom party information throughout the year!

If you are have a new student at CW, have you registered them in Fresh Schools, our online directory? If not your can register by going to this link:

www.freshschools.com/app/schools/chestnutwold-elementary-school/register

You'll go into a pending status, once you complete the link above. We'll approve you and you'll get an invite to the directory within a couple of days and then follow the instructions below to assign your child’s classroom.

If you have a returning student, have you updated your child’s teacher information in Fresh Schools for 2018-2019? If not, the class parents will not be able to share information with you about upcoming homeroom parties. If you follow these directions, it will take a minute to make the change.  Here’s how to do it:

1.      Log into FreshSchools.com via a computer only (the app will not work for the following instructions).

2.      Search for your child using the search bar in the top right.

3.      Click on your child's name.

4.      Click the "pencil" icon in the top right window of your child's profile.

5.      In the "Classes" field start typing the name of your child's teacher. Select the teacher name.

6.      Scroll all the way down and click "Save Profile"

Phoenix Fun Day Update! You can still DONATE to the Dance-a-thon

Phoenix Fun Day pizza orders will now be accepted up until 5 pm TODAY (Wednesday) - you can still order by Venmo @ChestnutwoldPTO $12 per pre-order pizza, just include your name in the memo.

All donations and permission slips received by Thursday morning will qualify students to be entered into the raffle drawings! You can Venmo your donation as well - just include your children’s names.
