On Sunday Jan. 19th from 12:30-3:30, come celebrate the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. We will be holding an educational and service program in the Chestnutwold cafeteria. CW students will have the opportunity to learn about young people who worked with Dr. King to fight for Civil Rights. Students will have the chance to make a pledge on the Be a King board to show how they can keep Dr. King’s legacy alive. There will also be a story-time. Stop by or stay for the entire event!
We will be collecting food items for the Ardmore Food Pantry. Accepted items include cereals, pasta, hearty soups, peanut butter, tunafish, coffee, and gift cards to Acme, Giant, or Trader Joe's in the amount of $25.
